Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ignite SEO (https://ignitemyseo.com), operated by Ignite CFO Group LLC, 15818 N 35th St, Phoenix, AZ 85032, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Ignite SEO is a marketing-analytics and local-SEO platform: it tracks search rankings, reviews, listings, and AI-search visibility for your business; generates reports, alerts, and recommendations; and, where you enable those features, drafts and publishes content such as review replies on your behalf. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the product evolves; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
• Only connect Google accounts and properties you are authorized to connect, and only grant us access you are entitled to grant.
• Anything the service drafts for publication (review replies, profile posts, page copy) is published under your approval and is your responsibility once approved.
• Use review-request and SMS features only with customers who have consented to be contacted, in compliance with applicable law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM).

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices agreed when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next billing period. If an invoice goes unpaid we may suspend the service after reasonable notice.

Search engines, AI assistants, and review platforms are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We provide tools, data, and recommendations in good faith, but we do not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility, review outcome, or revenue result. Metrics shown in the dashboard come from third-party sources and may be delayed, estimated, or revised by those sources.

You own your business data. You grant us the license needed to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the platform, software, and everything we have built to deliver it. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that do not identify you or your customers may be used to improve the service.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach or probe our security, no scraping or reselling the service, no submitting content that is deceptive or infringes others' rights, and no using the free scan to target websites you have no relationship with. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The service depends on third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, data providers, and others). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of Google features is also subject to Google's own terms. If a provider suspends or changes access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace the affected feature.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate for material breach that goes uncured after notice. On termination we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
